Our bases are in Wandsworth and Wimbledon in South West London. We pick up/drop off rackets to addresses in a 6 mile radius of our locations. Simply book a time slot through our online calendar and we will be there! If you're not within this 6 mile radius, you are welcome to drop your rackets off to our addresses. All you need to do is select the 'self delivery' format on our Calendly booking page

We guarantee that your racket(s) will be picked up, restrung and dropped off back to you on the same day. We pick rackets up between 8:00am-4:00pm and drop them off between 5:30pm-7:30pm. Customers are welcome to either book their service in advance or can also book on the day they would like their racket to be restrung  

Daily pick ups from your locations are completed between anytime between 8:00am-4:00pm and are dropped off back to you between 5:30pm-7:30pm. If you are not at your address during these times, please let us know a safe location on your booking form that you will leave it/we can leave it. Yes, our delivery services are completed on bicycles, so we are more than happy to travel into congestion zones to pick up/drop off your rackets

We do not charge any fees for delivering your tennis rackets. All deliveries are completed on bicycles so there is no need to add fees for fuel or congestion zone fees 

Our current pricing structure is as follows:
£30 per racket for labour costs
£20 per set of strings (this counts for every type of string we provide)
If you are providing your own set of strings, you will only be charged for the labour costs of £30
